Application
Applicants should hold an M.D. and have completed an accredited internship and in general, two additional years of internal medicine residency training by the time of enrollment in the fellowship program. The applicant must be in good standing in the medical community and must be able to obtain a California license to practice Medicine.
Application Procedure
We participate in the National Resident Match Program for GI fellowship. The application deadline for our program is August 1, 2012 and the tentative interview period will be in September. All fellows are expected to be trained as clinician-investigators (ResearchTrack) in preparation for future leadership positions in academic gastroenterology. All applicants are required to complete the application through ERAS AND the supplemental application form:

- 3 to 4 Letters of Recommendation
- Personal Statement
- Medical School Transcript
- Medical Student Performance Evaluation /Dean's Letter
- Wallet Size Color Photograph
- USMLE Transcript (Transmitted by the NBME)
- Completed "Supplemental Application Form for Fellowship 2013"
